GEOMETRIC DESIGN II
This Zafu is an artisanal creation, designed entirely by me, it will bring a colorful and ethnic touch to your interior, and who knows, maybe it will also give you a taste for travel...
Printed fabrics are the result of my research when I travel.
The plain fabrics are 100% cotton from organic farming, made in France.
The 100% vegetable stuffing consists of kapok fibers (vegetable down that surrounds the seeds of certain tropical trees of the Bombacaceae family. Although this vegetable fiber can be obtained from the fruits of several trees, it is more particularly extracted from the fruits kapok tree or Ceiba pentandra).Waterproof and rot-proof, this fiber will keep all its bounce thanks to its incomparable elasticity.
The lightness of kapok will allow you to take your zafu everywhere with you.
I make unique zafus or in very small series.Don't be surprised, the patterns can vary from one zafu to another, depending on where on the fabric I cut the circles...

FABRICS AND THREADS:
Patterned fabric, 100% Oeko Tex certified cotton
The plain fabric, 100% cotton from organic farming, is GOTS certified by CERES-076.
The two fabric circles are reinforced on the inside with two thick cotton circles.
For sewing, I use extremely resistant 100% polyester thread (thread used in tapestry).
PADDING :
The 100% vegetable filling is made of Kapok fibers,
Kapok is a plant down that surrounds the seeds of certain tropical trees of the Bombacaceae family. Although this plant fiber can be obtained from the fruits of several trees, it is more particularly extracted from the fruits of the kapok tree or Ceiba pentandra.
Very light, waterproof and rot-proof, this fiber does not require washing, however you can leave it in the open air when washing the cover.
MAINTENANCE :
The cushion is removable.
Washing of the cover: preferably machine cold with similar colors.
Possibility to iron the cover but at medium temperature. Test the temperature on a small part like the handle.
